How can I sell my shares?
You will have the opportunity to sell your shares during our third share sale event, scheduled for 2026. Our team will facilitate the sale to prospective buyers. Or you can wait and sell in our IPO or in a possible acquisition.
What is the company's exit strategy?
Our exit strategy involves either pursuing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or being acquired by a major corporation in the future.
Why does my investment multiply by 8 times?
Your investment is projected to yield an eight times return in three years, as we will lock in your equity for three funding rounds. Starting from the third round, your acquired equity will be subject to dilution. If you purchase shares in the first round at $0.03 each, our aim is to open our third round in 2026 with shares priced at $0.24
What are the risks?

Since our startup will operate as a public company from the outset, we will transparently disclose our quarterly revenue figures on our website.
Will I receive documentation detailing my shares?
Upon purchasing shares, you will be provided with a "Share Sales Agreement" that specifies the terms of the transaction, including the share price, quantity of shares sold, and any associated conditions and warranties.
Furthermore, you will receive a separate "Shareholders' Agreement" contract, which delineates the rights and responsibilities of shareholders. This agreement covers matters such as decision-making processes, dispute resolution procedures, and exit strategies."
